o Optimizes accounts potential by directing the activity of the account team.
o Follow up with client’s drilling operations to identify and pursue business opportunities
o Develops working relationships with client's personnel and management.
o Proposal of field trial test and continue with follow up until closure time.
o Develop recommendations and proposal for bits design modifications to improve drilling performance
o Present and discuss technical drilling proposals to clients.
o Troubleshoot problematic drilling runs, prepare technical reports and discuss with client.
o Work closely with management in developing a comprehensive business and Account Plan.
o Managing LTF’s and company profits and loss.
o Accounts revenue scope typically in the range of $55 M.
o Maintain standards of safety; ensuring that required project documentation is filed.
o Create and manage project budget for all assigned projects.
o Conduct project meetings, while formulating monthly reports.
o Perform project scheduling for drill bits manufacturing and repair; ensure project quality control and
establish overall project logistics.
o Managing raw materials and organizing production schedules.
o Collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team and ensure best execution for
each run.
o Train, coach and supervise employees to attain optimum performance considering every employee.
o Capture lessons learned and field feedback to implement the required changes in the Drill bits designs then reflect back into the planning jobs for continuous improvement.
o Make job design templates and guidelines to support clients need within the region.
o Analyze bottom hole assembly and mud properties on drilling performance and discuss enhancement options.
o Provide technical data to business development and operations team to deliver superior performance.
o Provides drilling technical and operational knowledge to on-site field engineers as needed.
o Planned, coordinated and supervised field operations.
o Responsible for the efficient manufacturing and continuous improvement of all Drill Bits, Liner Hanger and Screens
products and processes, ensuring that product quality, employee safety, and safety standards, as well as
regulatory requirements, are met or exceeded.
o Coordinates employee activity to optimize productivity supports good manufacturing practices including the
proper use of equipment and materials and promotes training and development. Achievement of labor budget
and ensures the production schedule development.
o Assures that Employee Safety Accountabilities are completed. Identifies compliance issues promptly and reports
to the appropriate individual.
o Perform with teams and supply chain management to ensure stable stream of inventory without any excess.
o Supervise production planning, instrument manufacturing, purchasing and shipping departments.
o Create/Change Standard Operating Procedures to support the processes.
o Ensures a safe and healthy work environment through vigilant enforcement of all applicable laws and regulations.
o Supervise Chemical Operators manufacturing a variety of specialty chemical products. Ensures compliance with all site work rules and procedures.
o Maintains productivity on assigned shift to achieve production targets.
o Communicates with Maintenance as needed to ensure necessary repairs are made on a timely basis.
o Communicate appropriate information to relief Supervisor and Production Manager as required.
o Provide performance feedback to team members.
o Ensures appropriate supplies of Raw Materials are available for production batches
