Maintain complete stocks of Imported items
Cost Analysis for continuously used raw materials, additives, refractory and machines spares. Maintains minimum 3 month safety stocks for smooth production.
Inventory Control management.
Checking and Handling all documents including shipping related to local & foreign procurement.
Data provided for IDB(Industrial Development Bureau Approval of Import items to save 5% duty exemption.
Arranging & Handling Logistic dept.
Looking after the import purchases & raw material warehouses having capacity of 33000 MT/month productions.

Procure Material/Equipment related to Factory from suppliers/Venders all around the world.
Compile Reports and make the Comparison Sheet for Director & Senior Management for future requirements/decision-making related to purchasing.
Responsible for Shipment Schedule with Supplier/Venders all around the world
Responsible for supply sourcing.
Coordinate documents control procedures for all technical documents drawings and commercial correspondence to assure that information is easily accessible.
Maintain Weekly Stock Report for Imported Items and calculate no. Of Heats left against remaining stock and report to CEO.
Maintain MONTHLY CONSUMPTION REPORT FOR IMPORTED ITEMS.
Maintain Record of Daily Heat Report FOR EAF ENGINEERS and send to CEO and Executive Directors.

Coordinate with the employees for their flight schedule, bookings and confirmation of reservation for air travelling.
Prepare Monthly Mobile phone user list Deduction which is PAID BY COMPANY see their approved amount and deduct the extra billings and report to GM Admin/Hr and CEO.

Responsible for purchase of production materials from different countries.
Responsible for purchase of raw steel from local and international markets.
Participation in the Tender of Pakistan Steel Mill and People Steel Mill.
Coordination with clients/shipper/consignees overseas offices for Sea/Air Import and Export shipments.
Prepare Business deals, Formal Proposals & Quotation forwarding/negotiation to finalize the business.
Attendance of overseas customer meetings locally and overseas
To prepare Letter of Credit & Direct Payment Contract document and send to Finance for establishment of Letter of Credit & Direct Payment Contract.
