With a Team of 6, handling the HR & Admin works of the company's strength of 262 with the following as the general routine
Coordinate with team members for routine team works
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with Legislation
Assist in recruitment process, liaise with recruitment agencies for candidates screening & interviews.
Set Interviews and issue relevant correspondence
Receiving employees arriving from overseas, conduct induction programmes for them, arrange accommodation and their needs.
Draft letters, Certificates and process vacations, prepare leave roasters/Schedules
Arrange hotels stays, flight tickets and all other travel arrangements.
Timely submission of all reports to the Director for review and Records
Ensure all documents are filed properly in respective files
Communicate in professional and timely manner in all dealings with the employees and colleagues
Achieve full implementation of customer service excellence; ensure company’s QMS is implemented in all operational activities at all times.
Ensure company’s employees official concerns are addressed at all times, their requests being solved within the timeframe.
Participate in weekly meetings to share ideas & Key challenges and prepare weekly reports and submit to the Director.
Handled Administration as well as HR activities for this company with 462 as Strength. Involved overseas travelling.
Major role the job was to
supervise and coordinate activities of staff,
interview job applicants,
conduct orientation programmes for new employees,
administer salaries and work out leave entitlements,
be involved in staff training and development,
the preparation of job descriptions,
staff assessments and promotions,
prepare annual estimates of expenditure,
maintain budgetary and inventory controls and make recommendations to management
maintain management information systems (Both Manually & Computerized)
locate suitable Accommodation premises and negotiate reasonable leasing agreements
maintain business premises, provide office supplies & stationary, raise requisitions for pantry
review and answer correspondence
provide secretarial or executive services for Directors
