My role here is to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. Plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department
• Maintaining organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
• Preserving assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
• Recommending information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Manage to prevent interruption to IT service and loss of productivity
• Understand the company’s business process, system plat form and infrastructure, architecture, and plan for its future development
• Spenser new systems upgrades and integration
• Administer and manage a network infrastructure environment comprised of switches, routers, intrusion protection systems, internet security systems and end point virus protection systems

• Ensure incidents are managed and resolved, with problem management follow-through
• Manage & Implement Site to Site/ SSL VPN across GCC countries.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all the Servers/ Network Devices & other hardware hosted by the Group at various branches/ location.
• Manage Citrix enterprise architecture and functionality.
• Conduct research in the area of new technology to meet the IT infrastructure requirements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the IT Infrastructure.
• Manage all aspects of information handling.
• Implement Complex core infrastructure solutions in Microsoft technologies and VOIP
• Interact with Suppliers and IT-Vendors in managing procurement of IT equipments, Licenses and Service Level Agreements
• Work with company senior management and assist in writing IT policy, budgeting, process and strategic direction.
• Manage Enterprise Resource Planning and other applications on citrix.
• Define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Attend support calls and give the required support during office and non-office hours
