* Examining records proper completion of documents
* Classification of Assets in the accounts
* Recording of Assets in the ERP on monthly basis
* Reconciliation of expenditure to general ledger ensuring proper and appropriate accounts maintained

Billing & Revenue
* Preparing Invoices & Feeding payment receive from costumer

* Reconciliation with budget and general ledger records
* Reconciliation of cash & bank, party ledger and trial balance
* communicate with MIS department in regard of customization of reports
* correction of miscellaneous ERP reports
* PREPARATION & CORRECTION OF MISCELLANEOUS BILLING SHEETS
* ANALYSIS & CALCULATION OF LICENSEE FEE AGREEMENT
* PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO BILLING STAFF IN PREPARATION OF BUDGET

Taxation
* Compute taxes owed and prepare tax-return on monthly basis
* Filing tax rebate for employees
