Responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment by implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and international standards. Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts, and take corrective actions to minimize risks.
Perform risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSA) for various work activities, ensuring proper control measures are in place. Monitor compliance with safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), permit-to-work systems, and safe work practices.
