 Responsible for the Warehousing Operation for nine warehouse across the franchise area
 Warehouse Space under span of control is 371, 000 Sq Ft. (all nine locations)
 Fleet Operation comprises of
o Direct distribution operation of 204 Vehicles, (Isuzu - 6 palletize, Mazda, Shahzor)
o Primary Shipment operation of 24 Vehicles, (Hino FL - 8 and 10 Palletize)
o and indirect dispatches of 2 million cases through 3PL (Third party)
o Managing the operation with 22 Fork Lift Truck

 Managing all sections which include retail market & Institutional sales, product development, branding, ALT & BTL activities, packaging, warehousing and distribution, exports, account and finance functions.
 Budgeting and responsible for the P&L of the Sugarita Division.
 Responsible for the give Budget Variance Analysis in the monthly review meeting to the Management Committee.
 Launched three new SKUs since take over and four more are under development stages.
 Negotiation with all vendors of packaging, machine etc.
 To make Polices for the business unit.
 To finalize the Promotional Activates new and existing SKUs
 To evaluate & finalize the Co-Branding activities with other companies.

Managing the supply chain of McDonald’s product throughout Pakistan. This was a unique concept in food services, supported by rigorous quality procedures. It involved forecasting and ordering of perishable products from McDonald’s approved vendors and servicing products to all restaurants of McDonald’s in Pakistan. It also involved invoicing and tracking of receivables, inventory control, fleet management, inter-city logistic coordination and 3PL management.
