DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identifies and organizes incoming accessories and serial stock by date warranty expires for
2.RMA submission. Submits RMAs under the vendor guidelines, packages and ships RMA items.
3. Verifies receipt of credit or replacement of RMA items and entry back into system.
4. Processes identified out-of-box items and no fault found items, prepares, labels and organizes transfer to stores.
5.Assists with receiving “G” return stock shipments from stores.
Produce, distribute and maintain a current vendor contact list for store and inventory department use.
6.Establish and verify suppliers and repair centres are processing RMA’s by deadlines or within a timely manner.
7. Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments regarding RMA movement.
8.Ensure transfers to the service department are completed in Sharepoint and MMS.
9. Remains informed and up-to-date with relevant RMA information
Release Bulletins, general vendor policies, etc.).
10. Generate timely reports measuring key performance indexes and other analysis as directed by senior management. Generate weekly reports
11.RMA replacement to credit comparison, RMA trends and monthly comparisons of top devices returned RMA analysis by brand/supplier.
