Major Responsibilities:
• Formulate and oversee the implementation of SOPs in routine operations.
• Ensure technical operations meet present requirements and standards.
• Manage all sales processes ensuring optimal results.
• Communicate risk analysis and operational breaches with stakeholders.
• Report developmental requirements of System to IT team.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the parts department.
• Monitor pending processing request in system and take action.
• Verify the supplier quotes and submit the right quote to the insurance clients.
• Conduct meeting with the leading automobile parts suppliers.
• Provide on the job training and coaching to staff and provide information and necessary material to staff to carry out the jobs.
• Receive grievances raised by subordinates and promptly escalate such grievances to management.
• Verify the invoices submitted to the insurance.
• Coordinating with garages for identifying the parts.
• Verify and approve Purchase order issue to the Vendors.
• Coordination with Accounts department for Payments.
