Perform miscellaneous tasks involving pickup and delivery of office mail, documents, important papers and records of a priority nature, purchase orders, supplies, etc.
Hand carry important documents and other materials directly to addressee.
Perform or assist in the servicing of the vehicle used by him by filling with gas, checking and replenishing oil and water, servicing batteries and tires, and washing windows
Pick up vehicles for service or repair and return on completion of work
Perform such other duties as assigned by the Personnel & HR & Admin Director.
Coordinate with Senior PRO to collect and received the documents from Ministry of Interior and Labor.
Driving the Head of Delegation and appointed staff to appointments, and functions during the working day and after hours as necessary.
Taking mail to the post office as and when necessary and Deliver
Maintain a record of daily visits both in the mail registry book and in the vehicle log books available in each of the Delegation vehicles.
As directed, be responsible for the maintenance of designated vehicles and informing the Head of Administration when work needs to be carried out.
