 For those open items which require further details, follow up with correspondent bank through email or telex message to provide the comprehensive information for further settlement at our end.
 Track the follow up and in case of non-receipt of reply from internal departments (CMO, IOSD, TOSD and TBS) or correspondent bank, forwards the reminder to expedite the matter. If necessary escalate the same to unit head for further necessary action.
