• Lead strategic initiatives as the Infrastructure Senior Program Manager within the Royal Commission of AlUla (RCU), overseeing an extensive portfolio valued at USD 15 billion.
• Directly contribute to RCUs overarching strategy by orchestrating the initiation, development, and execution of critical power and energy infrastructure projects across AlUla County.

• Manage a diverse team of internal stakeholders spanning Planning, Real Estate, Design, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Operations & Commissioning teams, fostering a cohesive environment conducive to project success.
• Negotiate and manage utility contracts and retail agreements to optimize power purchase costs and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Conduct rigorous due diligence assessments for new Data Center sites, analyzing power availability and formulating comprehensive infrastructure planning strategies.
• Facilitate the development of overall infrastructure enhancements and continuously refine management principles to enhance project planning, monitoring, and evaluation processes.
• Drive the RFP/RFQ and Tendering process for Consultancy, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and other contractual models, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Draft and review power supply implementation agreements in compliance with Ministry of Energy regulations and other relevant codes and standards.
• Establish clear project objectives, develop robust project plans, budgets, and schedules, adhering meticulously to AlUla procedures.
• Maintain open lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Exercise rigorous control over project expenditures, milestone dates, and change orders to uphold project integrity and fiscal responsibility.
• Ensure strict compliance with RC AlUla procedures among PMCs and contractors, mitigating risks and maintaining project quality.
• Drive innovation within the infrastructure landscape by contributing to the development of novel solutions and ideas in collaboration with functional leads.
- Overall responsible for P&L of projects, ensuring PoC/ Turnover, Gross Margin (EBIT & Profit Margin) & Cash Flow as Planned.
- Projects evaluation at handover stage and oversee the projects execution from inception to handover.
- Create the work breakdown structure with the team to develop the cost, schedule, resource, quality and procurement plans.
- Managing design team for technical review of drawings and technical particulars according to client specifications.
