Instrumental in successfully rolling out the Distribution Framework and DG Roadmap implementation
project enabling citizens both residential and commercial to apply to utility companies to use their
space and rooftop to generate energy by solar PV technology and connect to the grid using net billing
mechanism. All certification, licensing and permits are completed overcoming many obstacles
especially with external stakeholders by providing innovative solutions
➢ Delivered the project of Distribution Bulk Plant in Hail City by overcoming contractor transport
problems with the loading of rocks, provided solutions which saved 25% of overall rocks excavation
and avoided the project overrunning
➢ Effectively developed IT spare tracking system for IT departments to improve the efficiency to share
IT spares among IT departments, reduced the inventory, and cost avoidance for additional inventory
was approximately 30% of overall spare parts forecast
➢ Successfully mentored young engineers who are now currently acting as Project Managers in Saudi
Aramco PMT
