Main duties:-
* Responsible for all Cisco devices (ASA firewall, switches and Core switches).
* Responsible for HP Blade servers, HP EVA enclosure and data protector + Backup tape.
* Responsible for AVAYA IP phone system.
* Responsible for DHCP server and Active Directory.
* Responsible for Knowledge view system (Rapid Browser) and SQL server.
* Work to solve problems in a professional.
* Gathering information on the obstacles and work to reduce it.
* Engaged in technical solutions for performance, usability, and accessibility purposes.
* Planning and scheduling of work for the group to ensure proper distribution of assignments and adequate staffing,
space and facilities for subsequent performance of duties.
* Compilation and preparation of reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate
recommendations or conclusions.
* Involved in preparing test cases for the integration and system testing.
