Responsible for the overall design, deployment, operation-
and continuous improvement of IT Infrastructure
.(server, storage and network)
Provides subject matter expertise as required to identify, analyze and solve infrastructure related problems across
the organization
Ensures compliance with applicable regulatoryrequirements and service level agreements
Responsible for a significant number of IT supplier and procurement relationships; authorizes procurement of IT resources including hardware, software, licenses and other items related to IT service delivery
Prepare and update documentation as needed
Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administrator, manage users and upgrade other applications and systems as required
Monitor multi-vendor storage arrays from HP and EMC-
Troubleshoot storage performance problems before they affect entire solution
Monitor capacity across multiple SAN & NAS arrays and forecast growth to properly plan future storage capacity
requirements
Manage the entire application stack through integration with Server & Application Monitor, Virtualization Manager, and Web Performance Monitor.
Configure automatic alerting, event monitoring, and reporting.
