Responsible for all Laboratory Testing activity such as Tensile, Chemical/Vacuum Emission Spectroscopy, Guided & Side Bends, Charpy impact test, BDWTT, Hardness, Metallographic photo microscopy, Microstructure, Sieve Analysis, Macro Residual Stress Test.
Responsible for all Laboratory Testing such as Tensile, Chemical/Vacuum Emission Spectroscopy, Guided & Side Bends, Charpy impact test, DWTT, Hardness.
Prepare and establish quality related documents such Laboratory procedures, Technical Reports, and Test Reports.
Supervise all incoming test & inspection of all materials and consumables before issuance to end-users.
Ensures that all laboratory- testing equipment’s are properly maintained to its optimum condition.
Established the Saudi Aramco approved verification procedure for CHARPY, DWTT V-Notch & Vacuum Emission Spectroscopy.
Responsible for all Corrosion Laboratory Testing activity such as HIC, FPBT, SSCC.
Responsible for handling H2S gas & N2 & ARGON Gas.
Responsible for the training of new laboratory personnel.
Lead as Technical In-Charge for establishing the entire required standard Accreditation of (EEW) Global Pipe Company Laboratory Jubail KSA.
Monitoring and supervising of Calibration - Pressure Gauge, Vickers’s Hardness tester, Charpy Impact Tester and Measuring Instruments (Pie-Tape, Scale, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc)
Preparing daily testing activates report, process capability chart, presentation and documents for testing proses.
Handling man power
QA - Prepare and document on Testing Reports, MTC and Work Instruction.
NACE Laboratory setup of Five-test facility (HIC-FPBT-CCSS-SOHIC-CAPSS-DBT).
Responsible in the inspection of incoming coils as per raw material certificate.
Responsible in the inspection of mechanical and chemical test report in laboratory as per. required standard of API.
Responsible for all Laboratory Testing such as Tensile, Chemical/Vacuum Emission Spectroscopy, Guided & Side Bends, Charpy impact test, DWTT, Hardness.
Responsible for spectrometer for the chemical composition analysis.
Responsible in filing of all documents from the points of receiving, testing and archiving for the traceability of data.
Responsible in encoding of coils in SAP system and issuance in production as per job order delivery and production requirement.
Responsible in the segregation of coils as per grade and thickness through color-coding scheme. being implemented as per standard of API.
Responsible in supervising of cut samples and lay outing prior to testing.
Meet day-to-day needs as per my superior instructions.
Responsible in the implementation of and promulgation of safety standards.
Responsible in the traceability of pipe as per station.
Know NDT works especially in Radiography.
Heavily involved in a variety of projects mainly for the certification & testing of pipes for the following customers: Saudi Armco, Saline water conversion company (SWCC)., SINOPEC, PAN GULF, DONGO, KPIOS, ALI ALL NASSAR, . ASME, SAMSS-035, ASTM, NACE MR-0175 etc.
Operator for all Laboratory Testing such as Tensile, Chemical/Vacuum Emission Spectroscopy, Guided & Side Bends, Charpy impact test, DWTT, Hardness, Corrosion Laboratory.
