Responsible to manage manufacturing support needed to achieve 2025 SABIC Strategic Growth in USA through optimum utilization and Qualified value adding representation of Manufacturing resources during projects development, engineering, execution, commissioning, start up and operations normalization.
Lead Site integration team to Identify, Drive & Secure Business Opportunities for synergies across SABIC KSA affiliates (existing, new assets) & third parties, focusing on synergies to improve capacity utilization, transform low value streams to high value products, energy efficiency and waste management
The function report direct to SABIC Manufacturing Executive Vic-President and the role is to lead and manage SABIC Yanbu Area Manufacturing division to achieve best in class Safety, Reliability, Quality and cost effectiveness targets through network and strategic plan, continuous improvement and value added synergies / opportunities of all Yanbu affiliates including China Tianjin joint venture.
Assigned to integrate and unify SABIC Europe project teams (Holland, Germany and UK) in one organization to facilitate the one SABIC concept and lead all MEGA & sites projects development and execution.
Assigned to improve and integrate JV Business, Operations & Culture from a local Chinese standard to international standards using help of all SABIC related SBU’s and other support functions such as Manufacturing, EPM and HSE. Also to facilitate future collaborations between SABIC & Sinopec in investment field, Projects and business opportunities related to SSTPC.
Assigned by SABIC senior management to lead a team including experts from different functions (business, technical, logistics, finance, engineering and lawyers) to negotiate and establish a joint venture deal with Sinopec in a grass root Complex locate in Tianjin, China. The complex includes a 1 Million tone Ethylene cracker with polymers and chemical derivatives plants (Total eight plants) and called SABIC/ Sinopec Tianjin Petrochemical (SSTPC).
Assigned to lead technical support division and co-sponsor for HDPE, Butene & BTX project start from Basic Engineering phase, Detail Engineering, Construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up phase. This includes a full contribution and supervision processes start from initiating Owner venture philosophy, firming PMC & project teams, technology selection, awarding EPC contractors, reviewing progress with each EPC contractor, setting Yansab technical organization and hiring technical staff.

• Cost effective operations to produce high spec products and maintain safely operations.

• Process technology improvement to minimize production manufacturing cost.
• Initiation and implementation of Capacity creep projects.
• Implementation of quality system & customers complaints resolutions.
Responsible to lead several teams including technical experts and lawyers to support the SABIC long term growth through major strategic investment deals in market like Europe (Italy, German & Holland), China, and Middle East (Egypt & Iran). This is resulted in a formation of SABIC Europe. 2001, 2002 and 2003.
