Meditating between the workers and the sponsors, counseling, and advising if needed regarding labor issues, refer the sensitive cases to MOL, and Human trafficking department (HTU), assisting any inquiries in MOI.
Making settlements for the workers, approaching courts and police stations or any governmental agencies, conducting regular visits to prison if required.
Addressing the concerned authorities and issuing the required recommendations from our side. Drafting and sharing reports, and suggestions, continued and enhanced cooperation, dialogue, and a fair solution were needed to maintain good relations.
