The objective & The purpose of The Job: -
Following-up, preparation, guidance, planning and organizing the company’s all legal matters & issues and provide the necessary legal protection and managing the company's cases and all type of its contracts, plus doing the necessary investigations with providing legal advice to avoid any Violations or legal issues, also developing the legal strategies of the company and reviewing, auditing & checking all types of contracts also legal and official correspondence, solving legal problems, writing the legal warnings and notices, preparing and typing legal preparation of the defense and attendance diary courts, and implementing legal procedures properly and according to the law, and all legal matters & issues which related to the company's implementation of its work, whether with other companies or official or private entities in the State of Qatar, besides that I am coordinating and following-up the cases with the external lawyers to resolve disputes if necessary ……… etc of required legal issues .

Tasks and responsibilities :-
Follow up & auditing all legal issues & cases, all types of contracts, legal and official correspondence, resolve any legal issues, writing the legal and official correspondence. preparing and typing legal preparation of the defense, attendance the diary of Hearing cases at the courts and implementation of legal procedures properly and according to the law. resolving any legal or labor issues, and drafting warnings and legal notices in accordance with the labor law and ensure the implementation of Qatari law. And all legal matters and associated with implementation of the factory & company’s business & works, whether with other companies, customers and official or private authorities in Qatar and coordinating with the external Qatari lawyer the law firm assigned by the factory to resolve disputes and issues and continuous follow-up to ensure the termination and resolution of judicial disputes.
Supporting and helping the factory’s personal Affairs Manager by following up and ensuring the implementation of the human resources plan of work, monitoring & Preparation the performance reports of employees, and try to correct the workers who appeared Wrongs path. and the policy of compensation, benefits, attracting professional workers for hiring, developing & training of the workers, and renewing or canceling the RP of them , to can to build up a teamwork among employees with developing of their relations in order to build a good team, and research and resolve any complaint of the workers \ labors and so ……..etc .
