Variance Analysis

Cost records Preparation & Maintenance of cost records u/s 209 (1) (d) with Cost Accounting Record rules and Cost Accounting Report rules.
Preparing monthly budget and costing P & L of the plant.
To prepare monthly budget for the concerned plant and also to prepare profit and loss statement in a way to show the clear picture of the plant to the top management.
