Preparing MIS Reports & Budgeting
Daily MIS Reports of the plant from the production to dispatch of the goods to assist the management and also to prepare reports as per the requirement of the concerned department to increase their productivity.
Variance Analysis
Establishment of standard costing system and work out the variances from standard to actual and also to look into the variances worth investigating at the end of each stage of the production process.
Cost records Preparation & Maintenance of cost records u/s 209 (1) (d) with Cost Accounting Record rules and Cost Accounting Report rules.
Preparing monthly budget and costing P & L of the plant.
To prepare monthly budget for the concerned plant and also to prepare profit and loss statement in a way to show the clear picture of the plant to the top management.
