Senior Competency and Training Coordinator

- Coordinate Competency Department yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives preparation and prioritization.
- Prepared organization charts and job responsibilities for new positions.
- Prepare competency based trainings depending on Key Result Area (KRA) for different roles/positions.
- Identify the Business Interfaces and coordinate in the preparation of procedures.
- Preparing training modules for LNG plant. (Process Operator Guides)

Daily Production Specialist in Polypropylene Department
- Implemented Learning Management System of Tata Interactive Co. India
- Worked as Production Specialist/Trainer for the Polypropylene Plant.
- Monitoring the tasks for shift groups completion in Master Tasks List for Polypropylene Plant
- Analyzing the plant equipment failure rates and scheduling the preventive maintenance activities for compressors, pumps and instruments.
- Preparation and issue of daily, weekly and monthly production, variable cost and operational reports. Ordering additive on quarterly basis using SAP and PI.
- Depart required training on plant procedures. Ensure that all activities are carried out as per procedures. Coordinator for Electronic Data Management System (EDMS)
- Conduct gap analysis of the existing procedures and systems, identify changes and update procedures.

- Promoted as Production Shift Supervisor & handled the shift operations with 3 Board operators and 6 Field operators. Involved in the trouble shooting of plant operations.
- Handled the shift operations with a work force of 3 Panel operators and 8 field operators.
- Handled the shift operations of Ethylene Oxide, Ethylene Glycol and Air Separation Units.
-Handled Ethylene Oxide and Ethyl Alcohol storage and tank farm activities.
- Worked on TDC-3000 Honeywell Control System in the Ethylene Glycol Plant.
-Actively participated in the commissioning and start up activities of Ethanol Purification, Ethanol Dehydration, Ethylene Oxide, Carbonate section, Glycol Reactor, Multiple Evaporators, Distillation columns and Air Separation units.

•Joined as Technical Assistant in Styrene Plant and worked in Benzene Unifining/Purification (Removal of H2S) section, Ethanol Dehydration, Ethylene Purification section, Alkylation Section, Ethyl benzene Dehydrogenation section, Styrene Purification (vacuum and pressurized distillation columns for separating benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene and styrene) and Nitrogen Producing Section.
•Gained good knowledge in operating different type of pumps, Compressors, natural & forced draft heaters, Distillation columns (Vacuum).
•Worked in the Main Control for the operation of above mentioned sections on Taylor and Mod30 controls.
•Promoted as Production Supervisor and handled the shift operations with a work force of 10 operators. Successfully handled all troubles during the shift operations
Advanced Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management and Administration International Diploma in Health, Safety and Environment by NEBOSH.
