• Responsible for making Purchase order( P.O ) for local as well as international shipments.
• Review of Performa invoices and procuring the products at most competitive prices with approved specifications from approved suppliers.
• While procuring items, the supplier performance should be evaluated based on the past.
• Responsible for monitoring the inventory and based on that issue purchase order with best price after healthy negotiation with the supplier.
• While approving P.O, shipment ETA & ETD details will confirm with the supplier in order to avoid delay of shipment.
• Conduct vendors meeting periodically in order to maintain the relationship as well as price negotiation.
• Responsible for find out alternate suppliers for various products.
• Helps operation department for product forecasting and promotion activities.
• Helps operation department to open new outlets by arranging adequate raw material on time.
• Talk & convince the suppliers to replace the expiry products if any.
• Shipment follow up with International clients in U.S, U.K, U.A.E, India, Oman etc..
• Responsible for claiming refund from suppliers if any loss occurred while receiving the products.
• Responsible for review of suppliers contracts and renewal.
• Having a strong suppliers list for local as well as international and maintain a trusty relationship with them.
• International suppliers include Chenny brothers, I.F.G, Otis, Googlanian, Sun Orchard, ABC, Nabil, Premier, Khazan, Chamdol, Aatco, Evron etc…
