*Currently heading the HR department of my company and reporting directly to CEO and President.
*Prepare Job Desciptions; conduct Job Analysis & Evaluation to develop Pay Structures & Compensation Models.
*To ensure high quality (HR) procedures were in place, which is in line with the UAE legislative and Company (EKFC) policy governing recruitment and selection. Designed data modal and handled normalization of database to optimize the performance of the projects.
*Consistently attained appreciation from the CEO and president for perfect recruitment and coordination between higher management and lower management.
Additional Tasks
• Working closely with department managers to assess temporary (buffer) man-power needs and providing the management with the same
• Assimilate, record and maintain HR personnel files and records pertaining to - employee contact details; leave applications; employee correspondence; training records.
• Liaising with the PRO / GRO to - ensure that company as well as employee legal documents are current; various visa formalities; airport / airline related work.
• The orientation of new hires, including but not limited to - completion of bank application forms; uniform measurements if required; medical procedures for employment purposes; facilities tour.
• Keeping current with labor, immigration, HR and other government / employee relations happenings in order to ensure that the company’s HR practices are in keeping with the legal requirements of the country.
• Responsible for recruitment, interview and selection of candidates for various Roles across technologies.
• Interaction with Client and Client executives on regular basis and understanding their needs and requirements for proper investment
• Sourcing candidates by utilizing internal applicant tracking system, Internet, job postings, referrals and networking
• Negotiating offers
