I am supervising a team of QC Inspectors. Coordinating with client regarding the daily activities at site and preparing all welding reports updating it to pipe book offering NDT required joints and updating all NDT activities on pipe book getting clearance for lowering sections and maintaining all 7 lines pipe book and piping LHS (Line History Sheet) preparing it for the Hydro test.
Conducting inspection activities at site visually check all fit up and welding completed joints randomly checking parameters rectifying visually rejected joints preparing its visual inspection reports offering for RT and other NDT (UT, MT, PMI or ferrite testing) and maintaining PIPING LHS.
