Duties include:
• Installing and configuring computer systems.
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Logging employee queries.
• Creating User data Backup.
• Network Printer/Scanner troubleshooting.
• Replacing parts as required.
• Testing and evaluating new technology
Duties include:
• Order and stock office supplies if and when necessary.
• Report any repair and maintenances to the maintenance team.
• Provide technical assistance to Office staffs when needed.
• Assist in software and hardware upgrade.
• Perform routine PC maintenance and updates for performance efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining Internet service, troubleshooting, firewalls, network, and telephone systems.
• Initiate process improvements to better answer user demands.
• Creating User data Backup.
• Assist with user management. (Adding and deleting users from Active Directory, working with emails, etc.)
Managing all official correspondence - Email, phone, post.
Keeping updated all Personnel files & relevant details to submit upon request.
Ensuring data is up to date and reports are sent on time.
Obtaining Quotations, Preparing purchase orders and maintaining records on relevant activities.
Maintain Hard Copy & Electronic Filing System.
Maintain Confidential Records & Files.
Responding to Payment enquiries and complaints.
