Head of Audit for Enablement Functions (Finance, Risk, Compliance and HR) - reporting to Chief Auditor. Responsible to develop and deliver audit plan for Enablement areas both in UAE and Internationally, manage relationship with several Executive stakeholders, attend Senior Management Committees.

Build and manage the Enablement Audit team - from initial 4 to 15 full-time employees. Attract resources with strong technical background and experience across different markets relevant for NBAD. This team is now established and strongly positioned to engage with stakeholders, educate the Group on best control practice, and effectively deploy third line of defence responsibilities.

Support Chief Auditor in presentations to Executive Committee and Board, on regulatory trends, key risks and best control practice.
