• I Responsible for monitoring and overseeing the activities of contractor assigned for the construction project
• Provide safety guidelines in construction area to ensure safety in accordance with Construction Work Plans
• Handle responsibilities of preparing project specifications and update the same to the project manager for verification
• Responsible for preparing plans and evaluating the quality of work by coordinating with the project team
• Perform the tasks of generating project construction schedule like date and project delivery dates
• Handle responsibilities of managing traffic flow and checking material storage systems
• Perform proper management of procurement and delivery of material delivery on project site
• Responsible for evaluating shop drawings prepared by junior engineers to ensure accuracy of the proposed lay out
• Handle the tasks of generating work plans by coordinating with project superintendent
• Incoming Material Inspection including Fasteners.
• Undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily QC activities.
• Organise and Associate inspection With Client & Third party Inspection.
• Responsible for NDT Test UT, MPT in site.
• Responsible for Carryout Mechanical Test and certificates.
• Erection Material inspection including Alignment, Orientation, Level and Verticality and Bolting.
• Stage wise Inspection of coating and conducting the peel off test.
• Stage wise witness of erection as per ITP to reduce the defects and
Offering client for inspection.
• Generating Documents, Reports as per Client approved QAP accordance with ISO and PTS.
• Verification of raw material with respect to Test Certificate.
• Organize and monitor inspection activities.
• Visual inspection of various components.
• Responsible for all documents produced at various stages from
Raw material to final product.
• Welding, Fabrication and Erection inspection as per the drawing.
• Insection of incoming materials
• Purchase control
