I have been worked there over 4 years and 9 months as an HR Executive. Regard to that my job role is mentioned in below,
Ensure for maintaining and managing timely, accurate and complete HRIS data and Personal Files.
• Handle all official internal documents regard to the Job Descriptions, Employee Contracts, Recruitment, Promotions and exit interviews.
• Conduct induction programme (Orientation) and handle on boarding process of new recruiters.
• Employee grievance handling according to HR policies.
• Collaborating with outside vendors, senior management and employees to organize Out bound training, events, meetings and CSR activities.
• Responsible for payroll and compensations of 400 + employees.
• Maintain of issuing Uniforms, Stationaries, Fuel Cards etc
• Responsible for the performance evaluation process, annual bonus and annual increment 400 + employees.
• Support to the management in delivering effective HR services.
• Perform additional duties which are in line with current role, as per the management requirements.

• Coordinate hiring activities
• Prepare and post job ads online
• Assist with resume screening.
• Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidate.
• Process background check and maintain candidate data base.
• Assist with all paper work - Visa, Flight tickets and other documents.
