● My responsibilities here include carrying out end to end deployment of our SD-WAN product for
various customers with wide variety of topologies.
● Implementation, Troubleshooting and resolve Viptela SDWAN network issues.
● Provide Meraki Solution support to multiple customers.
● Conducting root cause analysis on Network Incident.
● Making emergency changes in the network to ensure uninterrupted services.
● Generating Various Reports for Analyzing Network Performance & Tuning
● Responsible for optimizing network performance and increased reliability by maintaining
hardware and software, analyzing technical issues and ensuring system users’ availability for
multiple accounts.
● Management of organization-wide local area network, network segment, wide area network and
internet system.
● Manage daily operations of a 1000+ devices, multi-network, multi-vendor.
● Configure and maintain client network infrastructures of varying technologies and configurations
including layer 2 and layer 3 protocols.
● Manage a critical business impact 24*7*365 large scale network.
● Provide SLO level support on 24/7 and work in shifts.
● Implement, Configure, Troubleshooting on Ciena Product (8700(100G), 5160, 3930, 6200).
● Responsible for troubleshooting of MPLS/DCN Networks, OSPF network etc.
● Responsible for VLAN addition activity and troubleshooting of L2/L3 protocol related issues.
●Configuring and troubleshooting cisco switches.
● Provide first line support and managed solution of network devices.
● Ensuring that warning generated by monitoring tools are responded to in a timely manner.
● Performing initial problem determination and assigning higher level team to get the issue fixed.
● Ensure every ticket is being walked from inception to satisfactory completion in the shortest
possible time, with the best quality of response.
