CFM Unit, Cooling Tower Unit, MCC Unit and PLC Control Unit.

Electrical, Mechanical & PLC Programming.
Offers in excess of 4 years experience in 250 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant. My job role in South
Jeddah(Al-Khumrah) Sewage Treatment Plant and Pumping Station under the control of National
Water Company (NWC). As Electrical Supervisor oversee electro-mechanical work and process in
Treatment Units (Inlet, Screen, Aeration, Sedimentation, Coagulation & Flocculation, Filtration,
Softening & Disinfection) and Lifting Station (Pump Shaft, Screen Shaft, Odour Control Unit,
Ventilation Unit, MCC Building, SCADA & Electrical Auxiliary Unit) and Effluent Pump Station (EPS).
Roles and Responsibility:
- Troubleshoot the faulty system, Corrective maintenance and Preventive Maintenance of
STPs/WTPs/Pumping Station based on Various Technology. Check the all Critical equipments
parameters and noted.
- To organize collection of data and ensure reporting to on a weekly/monthly basis or as per client
schedule & prepare MIS report and submit to client and provide essential information to Plant
Management. Undertaking any job delegated by the Plant Manager
- O&M Schedule, Supervise & participate in operations, inspections & maintenance of water
treatment system, also provide initiative in a team. Checking of log sheets, records and inventories
of parts, chemicals & tools.
Ensure Availability of Plant SOP, Manuals, Procedures, Logbooks and implementation at each site.
- Receive maintenance work request from operation department, Check/ review of work request with
site engineer/supervisor or technician, open work order as required and flow-up the maintenance
work
- Provide maintenance technical expertise on troubleshooting failures, repairs, restoring defective
equipment and providing input to facility and equipment strategies.
- Prepare material lists, spare parts lists, equipment and services required for the execution of
maintenance work. Generate PR for spare parts and material needed for Corrective maintenance
- Support the PPM coordinator as required. Maintain record to assure Preventive Maintenance/
Service of Electro-mechanical equipment's by timely manner.
- Prepare and review of Weekly/Monthly/Yearly reports and daily log sheet of maintenance work.
- Creates, manages, completes, and documents projects that improve safety, improve quality.
- Assist in scheduling and coordination of electrical engineering work with project manager
- Site Manpower Management & Manpower shortage management with Plant Incharge
- Experience in the Activated Sludge Process (ASP) technology of STP Plant.
