Being an entrepreneur, I started Pharmacy business with the initial start-up capital of PKR. 6 million in 2021.
Introduced modern IT technology for inventory management, record keeping, purchases and delivery of orders.
The punchline is that, Banks trust the data of my business and that’s why I can easily avail the loans for my
business whenever needed for expansion.
Key Achievements:
• Revenue crossed the mark of PKR 13 million in march 2023 under my supervision.
• Introduced “state of the art” recordkeeping MIS.
• Introduced sophisticated QR/ Bar-Code Scanning to make the business transactions and delivery of
medicines to the patients/customers systematic and intime.
Worked with CEO of Sekandri Construction Company (Pvt.)to develop and execute financial goals and objectives of the company.
Ensured monthly financial and management reports were distributed timely.
Key Achievements:
• Upgraded License of the company form ‘C3’ to ‘C2’. When I joined the company, it was allowed to
work under ‘C3’ category i.e., company was allowed for a tender below PKR 500 million.
• Worked on the financial strategy of the company to cut the petty expenses and improved the
procurement processes of raw materials that in turn helped the business to become eligible for
upgradation of its License to category ‘C2’ i.e., Company can now go for a government project (tender)
worth PKR 1 billion.
Finance is my core area but, in general, I deal in Business Administration. I prefer to apply the theory in practice.
