JOB DESCRIPTION:
● 1) Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, performing variety of following or similar clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures: Copies data and compiles records and reports.
● 2) Tabulates and posts data in record books.
● 3) Computes wages, taxes, premiums, commissions, and payments.
● 4) Records orders for merchandise or service.
● 5) Operates office machines, such as Electronic typewriter, Fax machine, Photocopy machine, Computer Operating, ERP System Operating and Lamination Machine, adding, calculating, and duplicating machines.
● 6) Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail on Outlook.
● 7) May greet and assist visitors.
● 8) May Prepare Payroll. Timesheet in ERP system and Manual also, Staff Leave, Emergency leave, Resignation case, Maintain Employee Data sheet, Employee Air Ticket, Prepare Staff Disciplinary Action, Passport Renewal, Visa Renewal, Making Security Passes and renewal case, Food Handler Medical, Visa Medical, Staff Personnel Medical, Employee Labour Card, Employee UAE Card and Employee Bank ATM card
● 9) May keep log books.
● 10) May purchase supplies
● 11) May operate computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
● 12) Coordinate repairs to office equipment
● 13) Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
● 14) Resolve administrative problems
● 15) Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
● 16) Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
