Closely monitoring Bank Accounts of the Company on daily basis. Preparation of the Exchange Orders of the Tickets issued, their immediate postings in the relevant accounts, Generation of invoices and postings of vouchers on daily basis. Handle Petty Cash of the Company to meet the daily expenses. Cut down the unnecessary expenses and low down the daily Expense. Maintaining accounts of all the vendors and customers. Preparing salaries of all the staff and executives. Also managing a sales team of 05 sales executives, their progress and feedback from the clients they visited on daily basis. Reconciliation of accounts with the Banks, Vendors as well as with the customers on daily basis. Daily Sales Report to the Managing Director. Above all one man Show.
