Roles & Responsibilities as COO Chief Operations Officer
I manage a team of professionals within departments as mentioned above. My duties is to ensuring that an effective, efficient and value-added services are provided to our Client.
I have been extensively working in areas pertaining to Pre-On boarding, Post-On boarding, employee’s induction, employee grievance handling, employee’s welfare, etc. The experience that I have gained in building an organization has in return enabled me to acquire conceptual knowledge of job analysis, KPA’s, Performance Management System, Formulation of HR polices and Competency Mapping etc. HR Operations, Time Management, are key functional areas for any business.
Manage all aspects of HR Operations starting from the identifying a candidates till the exit process of a candidate from the system. (Internal & External) with Agencies
Manage the execution of the monthly Payroll process to ensure that employees across the Region are paid accurately and timely, through WPS
Manage the HR inputs to the financial forecast processes conducted across the year.
Maintain accurate data for all employees at all times in the organization’s HRMS systems and local employee files, including suppliers of particular employee benefits and/or services (e.g. global or regional providers for medical/life/disability insurance).
Drive direct access and Manager Direct (employee and manager self-service) across the region enabling manager and employee accountability for appropriate data accuracy and timeliness within HRMS systems, as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and up to date Employee Handbooks for each location across the Region and expand regional content available via the People Place through direct access.
Produce timely and accurate management information to the GM and HR Team or other business stakeholders, analyzing the data and providing commentary on key themes, trends, emerging issues, etc.
Support the HR Team in driving forward the LSES agenda on talent acquisition, talent development and employee engagement.
Review and enhance HR processes where appropriate to ensure function is efficient and meeting business demands
Manage all Government Departments In the UAE update information to the system as and when amended by the Local Authorities, educate the team, build in new process to map the changes as per the local ministries define processes accordingly.

Roles & Responsibilities as HR Operations & Business Relations Manager
I manage a team of professionals in the HR Operations. My duties is to ensuring that an effective, efficient and value-add service are provided to our Client.
I been assigned to start the new operations, acquire the required permission to obtain the commercial license from the local authorities.
Define a HR process to drive the business, build O/s numbers and improve quality by introducing new procedures and processes for the business.
I have just been promoted as "Business Relations Manager" from "HR Operations Manager" for Innovation Group as I wanted to take this as a challenge. My focus is to get in Business for "Manpower Outsourcing" / Tie up with companies for "Recruitment Contracts" and build the portfolio of the company.
Innovation Group is an approved company in the UAE with "Outsourcing Licenses" issued from Abu-Dhabi and Dubai, approved by the Ministry of Labor.
We currently have approximately 4000 employees between Dubai & Abu-Dhabi working for various clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Business Development and Management - Recruitment / Contracting & Projects / Manpower
• Client Relationship Management
• Gap and Competitive analysis and Business Execution
• Establish and implement short / long range, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations
• Performance Appraisal (Complete lifecycle depending upon the responsibility given by the Management)
• Payroll process and Hris
• Planning, developing and implementing human resource objective, policies and procedures that enhance employees.
• Training Modules creation, soft skills and interpersonal skills for the employees
• Providing customized training solutions to various process verticals.
• Designing and developing a role specific learning curriculum.
• Conducting training evaluation consistently to maintain training quality & effectiveness of information transfer.
• Build a strong relationship with BRM, Clients & Customers.
• Ensure all know your KYC mandates are meet in the business market, internally and externally. Participate in client interface sessions as requested by the internal customer
• Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (Includes writing of JD’s for different opening within the organization)

Account Manager - (Advertising & Promotions)
• Execute a promotion across the GCC and Dubai (End to End) run the entire campaign
• Handle the entire mechanics of the promotion right from the beginning to the end
• Ensuring all permissions related to a Promotion Campaign are in place and approved by the relevant Ministries across UAE and GCC to run the Promotion
• Tie-up with reputed "Advertising Agencies" in the GCC
• Creating a Logistic Plan of action for the client to receive the Maximum Mileage for a promotion
• Mystery Shopping Programs to rate the success of the promotion across the GCC
• Create customer awareness to a promotion by the channel of briefing the retailers on the mechanics of the promotion
Supervisor & Project Coordinator for Exhibition Services
• Studying the structural drawing on the exhibition stands proposed to client
• Preparing a work cycle between the factory and the team
• Preparing a TAT for all jobs that are being outsourced for a particular project (example: signage, POP, Display Units, Engraving, Sand Blasting Etc. - Related to the Project)
• Coordination between the supervisor of the factory and the technical staff, to ensure deliverables are as per commitments with the client
• Structuring a plan of action, to ensure smooth logistics, timely delivery, exclusion on site, dismantling of the project, packing, and storage
I was a normal salesman selling batteries and car accessories in KSA this was my first break in the Gulf
