I have professional experience of more than 29 years; it has been started as Admin officer in CBL an affiliated company of the American FMCG, Kraft foods, is one of the leading manufacturing of branded biscuits in Pakistan. Responsible for managing all administrative functions under the supervision of Labor Officer. Maintaining personnel's records like bio-data leave record, preparing the monthly salary and overtime of all factory employees
•Rendered 18 years of meritorious service in PAKISTAN AIR FORCE on different position as Associate Engineer Aeronautics, Adjutant, Technical Instructor, Quality Inspector, staff member of Inspector General PAF, staff member of ISPR.
•After retirement from PAF joined Hamsons Industries (Pvt) Ltd. as HR & Admin Manager a very well reputed textile organization with the name of home Tex registered in USA a vertically integrated manufacturer & Exporters of premium Towels Products.
Home Tex were unionized mills near about more than three thousand five hundreds labors; Dealing with all Govt. department regarding labor matters. Like SESSI, EOBI.
Dealing with all external threats like political parties pressure, illegal demand, security issues,
Manager Administration, HR & Security in Artistic Fabric mills (Pvt) Ltd. Served last three years, dealing and responsible for security, fire & safety as well as all administration issue. As you know Artistic have leading name in denim industries. Production more than two million meter fabric on monthly bases, dealing with all daily routine labor matters, from janitorial to Industrial relation. Preventive maintenance to corrective maintenance of the building as well as any new installation of the machine, or extension of the building. I was also representing the AFM (Pvt.) in LATI for all Security/ administration issues.
Dealing with all HR & Admin matters like recruitment/ hiring, termination/firing, training, time management, health & safety of the employees and organization.
Now days I am serving in AlRahim textile industries since more than three years as senior Manager Administration responsible for all administrative issues. Like a facilitator, administrator for General administration, security, canteen, colonies and transportation, all internal & external issues as well as Govt. department. AlRahim textile industries one is the biggest textile industry in towel sector which producing high quality of towels for export, more than 3500 workers are working in weaving, processing / digital printing yarn dyeing and stitching depts. Complete vertical organization from Yarn to pack for export. Administration dept. are responsible to provide food, residence and transport facility to all workers. Than all external resources to run the industry smoothly.
