• Checking client's medical profile and records for reference of possible treatments to be recommended.
• Assess hair and performs Skin type assessment using Fitzpatrick skin chart.
• Performs proper execution of skin hygiene according to the standard operation procedure.
• Evaluating client's skin concerns and documenting concerns in clients profile.
• Endorsing clients to Dermatologist for more intensive and personalized skin care and enhancements.
• Discuss to clients various skin treatments, other options, treatment procedures and expected side effects.
• Performs Laser hair removal procedures using the following laser machines:
o NDYAG LASER Cutera
o DIODE LASER Depilight & Soprano Alma laser
• Attends to client's discomforts during and after the laser treatments.
• Applies Topical agents such as Locoid, Fucidin, Fucicort and Mebo.
• Provide Skin advice and Recommend clients skin care products to use for enhancement and skin concerns.
• Conducts Chemical peels on faces and other parts of the body with Dermatologist supervision using the following
chemical peels: TCA peels, Glycolic peels, Salycilic peels and Lactic peels
• Performs Skin Rejuvenation, Acne Scar Reduction and Anti aging treatments with Dermatologist supervision and using the following technologies:
o FRAXIONAL LASER Palomar Laser, USA
o RADIO FREQUENCY Ematrix Sublative Rejuvenation.
• Performs Advance Medical Facials and Anti Aging facials and skin tightening with the following facial machines:
o Aqua jet Facial Machine
o Microdermabrasion Machine
o Micro Current Machine
o Sorisa Highthermal frequency machine
• Performs Beauty Enhancement facials using various elements and skin products such as:
o 24K Gold facial
o Organic and Natural facial
o Vit.C and Whitening facial
Administrative/Marketing Function
• Physically counts and verifies aesthetic products and medical supplies.
• Requests and order aesthetic products, medical supplies and office supplies.
• Organizing and Inventory Checking for Medical products and supplies.
• Assisting Registered Nurses in verifying expiration dates of aesthetic medicines and skin care products.
• Encoding inventory in formatted Excel sheets and Maintain weekly reports for all the products.
• Generating daily, weekly and monthly sales report from computer system.
• Monthly report for new clients, potential clients, inquiries and converted clients.
• Updating client's medical profile in the computer system and in Client's actual file.
• Organizing clients medical profiles in the secure filing rooms securing that files are in proper place.
• Assisting Marketing officers conducting marketing strategies in major events in UAE.
• Exposing clinic profiles in potential clients from major marketing events in the region.
• Excellently communicate with various people, clients and potential tie ups.
• Maintain database of inquiries and potential clients.
• Demonstrate actual treatment procedure on stage as part of marketing strategies.
• Ensuring placement Marketing tools such as flyers, vouchers, brochures and boards.
• Scheduling and organizing client's appointment and treatment procedures.
• Out calling and informs clients about promotions and latest offers in the clinic.
• Examines hair and Skin type assessment according to Fitzpatrick skin chart.
• Proper Checking of Client's Treatment history from the computer system.
• Advices clients for personalized skin treatments and services to be done.
• Discuss different service treatments, options and side effects of a certain service.
• Proper Aligning of treatment procedures to clients and ensures consent forms are signed.
• Calibrates and performs laser hair removal using Diode laser machine: Lumenis, Light sheer.
• Attends to client's discomforts during and after the laser treatments.
• Applies topical agents for redness and possible swelling such as: Mebo, fucicort and Avene treatment cream.
• Applies topical anesthetic before laser procedures using INKA and Emla 5%.
• Assists Registered nurse and dermatologist in conducting botox, fillers and meso therapy for face and body.
• Clean and sterilize instruments in autoclave machine.
• Communicate with clients regarding next treatments or follow up appointments.
