- Develop and Update Full Report of Recruitment Status of the candidates daily.
- Preparing job ads for open positions, posting open vacancies on all recruitment
channels.
- Sourcing and Screening CVs then Shortlist Potential Candidates.
- Conducting face-to-face interviews and Evaluating Candidates' qualifications, and
assessing their fit for the job .
- Participate in Building effective recruitment strategy to source qualified candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to keep abreast of their recruitment needs.
- Gathering all the Necessary Documents for hiring candidates and following up on all
- Government relations: Issue and renew employee Iqama, work permits and Visa request.
- Verify the process of employee registration in the GOSI and medical insurance.
- Handle all platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, balady, muqeem).
- Perform onboarding, off boarding process and monthly payroll and take
responsibility for health insurance
- Carrying full recruitment tasks, tracker job applications, post job ads, interview and
filter to hire suitable candidates that match with the job description.
- Process all hiring steps including registration for Saudis and Sponsorship transfer
for expats.
- Send job offer emails and inform applicants about job descriptions.
- Responsible for HR data, employees' documents and contribute to developing and
