• Registration of TP & OD Motor Claims Acknowledgement to clients
• Communication with Clients & brokers for documentation
• Monitoring and creating Recoveries of claims
• Processing of motor claims TP & OD

• Assist the CEO in formulating the communication strategy for AACIC in coordination with AEG/ACE MENA Communication Team and implementing it in the business.
• Coordinate with the Branches, Department Heads and the other employees ensuring effective communication all around.
• Take over the responsibility of managing proper handling of complaints received and address them in coordination with the concerned department.
• Enhance the proposition of AACIC, by building customer confidence, and increasing awareness.
• Build a database of customer related surveys e.g. Customer Satisfaction.
• Regularly analyze customers complaint trend data and publish and corrective measures taken to avoid recurrence.
• Prepare regular Complaints report for the Management and Audit Committee.
• Assist the CEO in the meetings of the BOD & Committees.
• Assist in building AACIC Saudi Website.
• Created the AACIC Complaints Brochure in both Arabic and English version.
• Translating Document from Arabic to English and vice versa.

•Dealing with all kinds of claims.
•Registering claims and communicating with Insurers/Brokers.
•Processing the claims after obtaining all of the rightful documents.
•Working with Arima, Foxpro and Aims systems.
•Creating Discharge receipt for the settled claims.

Track the progress and job costs of multiple projects taking
place with in our unit.
Conduct and organizing department staff meetings.
Gathering “Weekly CAB” meeting minutes
Gathering and organizing Weekly status
Issuing all the official unit letters
Write memos and answer incoming calls
