As a part of the Project Information Management team, executes various tasks regarding provision of
information to relevant Customer, partners, stakeholders and supports the project team members for proper usage of the project tool landscape.
• Support of the Project Management Teams and report to related Project Administrator in execution location.
• Providing tool access and training especially of project specific adjustments as well as general
related input to various discipline.
• Production of technical documentation for partners and coordination of document and data deliverables from all projects related stakeholders.
1. Update document delivery lists and delivery dates of related projects.
2. Create document structures according to project specifications.
3. Obtain approval of the documentation packages.
• Provision of documents and documentation packages for internal and external customers.
• Handling of customer DMS tools and interfaces: Up-loading of documents, collecting and register documents in the Siemens Energy tool.
• Perform Scrum Master Responsibilities with the internal team.

• Responsible for coordinating the project implementation Operations between the customer
and the technical team in reference to Project’s SOW, timeline, and P.O.
• Responsible for Creating Technical Proposals (Print Management Software Projects -
Archiving Projects), includes defining Scope of Work, Creating Timeline and Work-plan in
reference to the tender book or Customer needs.
• Following up on the projects progress and Provide Project Updates to whom it may Concern.
• Responsible for Handling the communication with our Software Partners include Pricing,
Licensing, and technical inquiries.
• Supporting in Technical Sales Presentations.
• Responsible for Coordinating & Scheduling Demos for Print Management Software & ECM.
• Parallelly with managing our Online Ecommerce Platforms, include Adding Products, following
up on the Competitors Pricing, Stock availability and Shipment Arrival procedures.
