Maintaining a good, supportive relationship, and meeting the challenging demand and the requirements of business lines by providing them quickly and the best quality services. Prepare Facilities/financing agreements along with securities/collateral documentation in compliance with the terms & conditions of the approved credit applications. Register all documents & collaterals in bank's systems/Database as "Mitigants" and update internal logs/reports for necessary reporting/tracking as needed by all stakeholders. Check/Analyze approved credit application and review pre-requisites obtained from the concerned Business line for documents preparation where needed. Portfolios/funds/shares and Project Contracts information, (rental, constructions, supply, services/maintenance, invoices, etc..) Preparation of additional documents and/or refresh existing documents such as (order notes, Assignments, Master terms & conditions agreements, etc… as requested by BL.
