IT Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Heads planning and assist project team in the implementation of special projects.
2. Assist in preparing technical and functional documentations for CRM/ERP.
3. Respond to requests in timely and accurate manner.
4. Perform analysis of system problems and provide corrective actions.
5. Monitor performance of systems and recommend improvements/Modification/corrections when needed.
6. Prepare memos, spreadsheets, and presentations for managements.
7. Analyse and manage resource utilization and time sheet for assigned project.
8. Monitor each team member on his/her progress to make sure targets are met on time.

Procurement Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Product Design and Development (tasks of a Product Director)
2. Getting goods and services for the best price and value
3. Create a streamlined process by improving sample approval and processing techniques
4. Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who can full fill our requirements
5. Identify new suppliers, draft terms and negotiate supply agreements where appropriate, including discount structures and volume rebates
6. Working with suppliers to ensure that stock is ordered efficiently and cost-effectively
7. Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers.
8. Understanding and keeping up with new trends
9. Dealing with international suppliers
10. Works closely with operations setting up and tracking the procurement of all supplies.
11. Ensure supplies are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time.
12. Continually improve purchasing methods by using purchasing tools available on the internet.

Major Accomplishments:

1. Designed, project managed and launched the ERP for flowershop.ae.
2. Designed, project managed and launched the Production and Operations planner for Broadway Bakery.
3. Designed, project managed and launched the Flowershop.ae and Broadwaybakery IOS and Android apps.
4. Designed, project managed and launched the inventory system for Blooming Bay LLC.
5. Sourced 90% of the packaging and other accessory suppliers for Bloomingbay and developed a reordering procedure based on average consumption to ensure stock availability.
6. Designed, project managed and launched Phase II of flowershop.ae Home page, checkout and Improved Mobile site.

I lead and supervised a team of customer service and sales staff. I was responsible for motivating and managing the Customer Loyalty Team to provide impeccable service to all clients. I provide support for Operations & Quality Assurance Departments to improve efficiency and minimize errors in order to prevent customer complaints.

Duties
