Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and Open new business channels to obtain a better market share to reach the company's sales target
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling

Negotiating with the chains the implementation of a yearly action plan on different seasons and with individual POS
Handle different consumer offers in the POS environment & the performance of the new launches in UAE Market
Plan & Improve Bioderma merchandising status in different POS
Helping in the company establishment: Following up on legal documents, acquiring display samples, implementing the sample labeling system, designing forms and financial records, stock inventory
Develop HR related processes: define roles and responsibilities, create employment offer template, recruit and apply for residencies and all related documents
Develop and implement sales strategy: market research, building a database of clientele, coaching the sales team and expanding the sales territory to cover interior designers, hotels and joineries
Post sales follow up: monitoring customers’ satisfaction
Prepare and execute the marketing strategy: Company profile, Social Media, Company website and catalogs
Lead the sales team to increase the company revenue by 30% (YOYG 2015-2016)
Organize, leading and monitor team’s coverage and performance across Lebanon
Set Sales Targets for team and individual Sales Representatives
Develop Sales Strategies and Sales Plan
Compile, analyze and report sales figures and achievements
Recruit Sales Representatives and monitor their performance
Deal, Handle & collect major clients challenges and feedback
Planning market research and presenting sales reports
Assist with merchandising and marketing
