 Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and Open new business channels to obtain a better market share to reach the company's sales target
 Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
 Manage and solve conflicts with clients regarding daily operations
 Establish budgets with the client and company
 Meet time deadlines for accounts
 Implement all Bioderma activities related to the POS on different levels

 Develop Bioderma Business on the Pharmacy Level
 Implement Bioderma strategy in the retail market
 In charge of Bioderma brand visibility, shelve space and identity in POS
 Negotiating with the chains the implementation of a yearly action plan on different seasons and with individual POS
 Handle different consumer offers in the POS environment & the performance of the new launches in UAE Market
 Plan & Improve Bioderma merchandising status in different POS
