• Supervise, coordinate and monitor the site HSE Plan and provide specialist advice and assistance on HSE aspects to the division.
• Monitor the different works at site with the emphasis on the proper Implementation of the Company PTW System.
• Audit Permit to Work procedures and advise PTW Coordinator for any improvement of PTW process.
• Participate in the daily STA meetings to provide HSE advice for the works to be undertaken.
• Check on the incident reports developed by the employees; provide assistance for investigation and close-out, and follow-up on the recommendations.
• Participate in the HSE Sections Group meetings and provide necessary HSE advice to employees.
• Participate in the development of Emergency drill scenarios and monitor the different site emergency mock drills as witness and propose recommendations.
• Identify, evaluate and control major hazards and potential losses and highlight it to the contractor and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the rest of the team and proposes alternative courses of action, wherever possible, to facilitate efficient project progress.
• Performing such duties and functions as may be assigned by the Lead Safety Manager.
