-Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
-Perform scheduled and routine inspections, testing, cleaning, repairs, overhauls, modification, installation and replacement of defective electrical/instrumentation systems.
-waste water lift station, water treatment, and firewater system electrical maintenance.
-Install VFD's, transfer switches and switch gears.
-Monitoring of UPS system in server rooms.
-Works with voltage from 120 v to 480 v AC; voltages above 480 v maintained by others.
-Understand and apply instrumentation and electrical plans, specifications and technical electrical/instrumentation diagrams.
-Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems.
-Install and troubleshoot of motors and motor control systems such as sliding gate, crane, roll-up door, road barrier and road blocker,
-Can operate frequency converter(rotary, static) 50hz and 400hz.
-Monitoring High Voltage/Low Voltage system.
-Inspect electrical component, such as wiring, control and lighting system.
-Repair and replace wiring, equipment or fixture using power tools and handtools.
-Lightings trobleshooting(florescent tube ballast/electronic ballast type, HPS/MH, Emergency/Exit Lightings, Bollard led lights), troubleshooting.
-Inspect electrical components such as, transformer and circuit breaker.
-Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing device.
-Trouble shooting of washing machine/dryer/water heater/microwave oven/refrigerator/rice cooker/ water kettle/oven, bread toaster/electric pan/electric perculator/bottled water cooler/blower/power tools, electric grinder and power drill, motor controls(1phase/3phase, wye/delta connection, forward, reverse, start stop, timer, trouble shooting.
-Can use Earth testing, megger testing, clamp meter testing.
-Additional electrical work on site such as wiring, cabling, installation of socket outlet, exhaust fan, and lighting fixture, and wiring of single pole switch, double pole switch, 3 way switch 4 way switch, rocker switch, dimmer switch, push button, proximity switch, selector switch photocell, timer switch, motor controls, conduits, pvc pipes and cable tray.
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagram.
-Evaluate electrical as well as opertional problems
-Can performed a daily routine of preventive maintenance and corrective by using Maximo cmms system.
-Coordinate maintenance activities with the operations group.
-Good in english and writing.
-Installing of Pvc pipes, Conduit, Cable trunking, Cable pulling (layouts).
-Installation electrical & instrument devices.
-Termination of control panel of hvac system and water treatment plant.
-installation of socket outlet, exhaust fan, and lighting fixture, and wiring of single pole switch, double pole switch, 3 way switch 4 way switch, rocker switch, dimmer switch, push button, proximity switch, and selector switch.
-Can read blueprints, schematics and wiring diagram
-Punchlisting, pre-commisioning
-Installation of electrical devices, lighting fixture, vesda pipe.
-installation of socket outlet, exhaust fan, and lighting fixture, and wiring of single pole switch, double pole switch, 3 way switch 4 way switch, rocker switch, dimmer switch, push button, proximity switch, and selector switch.
-Installation of fire alarm, cable pulling, cable tray/ladder, cable jointing, groundings, support, glanding & termination(highvoltage and low voltage).
-Installation of panel and busduct.
-Can use Megger testing, tagging, commisioning.
-Good in english and writing.
-Can read p&id, wiring, blueprints, and schematic diagram.
-Installation of instrument devices (transmitter, pressure gauge, pressure switches, solonoid valve, ).
-Installation of cable tray, cable pulling, glanding & termination(low voltage), instrument tubing/fittings.
-Calibration( by using hart communicator Digital tester, tagging, pre-commisioning.
