Job depends on employer but mainly I got sales accounts. But i do get other accounts like data encoding or appointment setting all business outsourcing and still working to date.

We make programs through .net framework using windows .netdeveloper2010
We are the tier 3 technical support agent of the company for a Cellphone Account.

It was a 2 year course Associate in Computer Technology. I was top of my class and was awarded academic excellence. I was also the president of the student council of the college department during my time in 2nd year college.
