- Receive assignments and bid documents from the Business Development Manager or Head of Projects.
- Study the project scope of works, client’s requirement, Reviews the drawings, BOQ, project milestones and specification from the supplied bid documents.
- Carries out Site Survey and identify site impediments.
- Co-ordinates with various departments including Engineering / QA / QC / Production / Procurement / Projects on case by case basis.
- Prepare the Indirect Cost of the project E.g. Supervisory manpower, temporary facilities both for the contractor / client, sub-contractor, site overheads and running expenses.
- Coordinate with Planning Engineer for the Construction Schedule and Resource (Material & HR) Schedule.
- Identifies Resource Requirements such as material and subcontractors in-line with fabrication and Construction, Installation and Commissioning within the Project scope.
- Sending clarification requests to the client, required for the tender´s scope of work & specifications.
- Communicates with Clients, Vendors and Sub-contractors. Ask for Sub contractors Quotation as well as suppliers and participate in the negotiations.
- Prepare Estimation of the project.
