• Accomplish warehouse human resource objectives by selecting orienting training coaching scheduling and disciplining employees.
• Identify any systems improvements and make recommendations for change
• Where possible resolve any issues or problems which occur in the warehouse.
• Produce regular reports and statistics as and when required
• Communicate with staff regularly to make them aware of priorities, targets and distributional requirements
• Report progress updates, key achievements and any concerns to the National Logistics and Distribution Manager
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system.
• Completing warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate delivery of orders
