Commissioning possible works at the commissioning area such as punch-list from the client, additional line, mis- alignments, gasket and bolt replacing. Before start at work make sure we have complete permit to work, gas testing, right tools for the job specially non spark tools, and proper communication to the plant operator and have proper supervision to finish the work in a safe way . . .
Fabrication
Must have knowledge to read and interpret isometric drawing, prepare proper tools for the assign work, have knowledge to identify the correct materials to be used, make sure to have a permit to work, start the work and finish it in a safe way also a housekeeping . .
Site
Must also have knowledge to locate the proper location and orientation of the spool to be install.
Make sure before you start the job you have already finish the safety training and must have competency id, then work permit, tools to be use, watchman while performing hot works activity.Housekeeping at the work place,
