Responsible for sales, employee organization, logistics, site production, marketing and communications.

• Organization of projects: I started every day with a meeting to check with the engineers the status about ongoing projects and information of new orders. Offering direction and instruction.
• Communication with clients through the phone and e-mails: Keeping buyers updated about their orders, changes in projects, checking about buyer’s satisfaction after they receive their products.
• Assisting commercial directors: Always communicating with our representative in the capital.
• Production: two or three times a day checking the production line and employees.
• Inventory management: Always checking the need of new material so when a new order arrives we can deliver it quickly.
• Resolving contractual and commercial problems.
• Status updates: Every two days I had a meeting with the CEO of the company to inform about the day to day activities inside the factory, client satisfaction and new ideas, maintaining a close relationship.
• All day communicating with friends and other companies searching for new clients.
