• Maintain document control registers / documents for incoming and outgoing project documents using Primavera Contract Management software.
• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
• Generation of Monthly Invoice and Monthly Report.
• Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents.
• Generation of monthly report for KPI (Key Performance Index) of Engineers.
• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable
• Responsible for providing day-to-day document control activities for projects and company and for ensuring that project information is organized and are according to company, and project requirements.
• Directly reporting to Project Director regarding on the current document status and act as a contact
Person for all queries related to documents.
• Ensure all site documents are generated, distributed, updated and archived in accordance with standard procedures of company.
• Monitors all projects in relation with approved quality standards and document observations for the review of superior.
• Work closely with the client and the consultant, and proactively managing their complaints.
• Ensures that suppliers meet the agreed technical specifications by implementing the relevant quality checks, in coordination with the project managers and project engineers.
• Determines the specifications for each project in accordance with client and consultant requirements and established standards.
• Ensures that each project meets specifications by setting the standard and controlling the testing procedures in accordance with written standard operating procedures.
• Ensures that all quality systems are regularly maintained with updated records.
• Implementation of ISO 9001 systems and standards, in coordination with the ISO management representative.
• Ensures of compliance with fat and sat procedures and standards, and ensures that the related tests are properly done by the supplier
• Monitor and implement approved projects quality plans including inspection test plans in coordination with the division’s heads, project managers and planning engineers.
• . Participates in the testing and commissioning process at the end of the project, to ensure the quality of the work done.
• Checks compliance of approved QC policies and procedures through project sites inspection.
• Checks calibration of instruments and record observations for review.
• Checks the material delivery approved specifications, handling and storing at project site / stores. Communicates the QA/QC Manager pertaining to any irregularities observed for rectification.
• Monitoring of LTS( Long Term Stability) for IPP and CTF metrology equipment and work together hand in hand with Calibration/Metrology Team in monitoring and conduct MCA as part of quality control in the Line.
• Verifies medium and high risk abnormalities in the line and investigates root cause through 5M1E/FMEA Analysis.
• Attend MRB/DRB meeting in corresponding to any critical issue encountered in the Line or by Customer during assembly.
• Support and generate commonality study and conduct process simulation for anomalies encountered by customer in the product.
• Generates OPL and Work instructions and procedures related to process, quality and system improvements.
• Generates updates and reports of EOL Process for quality indices per assigned line.
• Supervise team through generation of plan activities and training material for skill enhancement of Line Engineers/Junior Engineers and Operators level.
• Conducts Failure Analysis (SEM, EDX, FTIR, Microtome/Cross-cut and Planar analysis).
• Conducts evaluations and validations for individual improvement activities.
